Are all of your products vegan?

Yes! All of my products are made with dairy-free & egg-free alternatives. I use Earth Balance Soy-Free Buttery Sticks, Planet Oat Milk, and Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer.

Do you have gluten free items?

Yes! At each Farmers' Market I will have at least one completely allergy-friendly product. These products will be free from dairy, egg, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy. {Please note that all products are made in the same kitchen/work space, so cross-contamination is possible. I am very careful to separate gluten free items with items that contain wheat (different aprons, pans, and gloves)}.

Are you currently accepting special orders?

No :( I am taking a break from special orders and focusing on incorporating creative elements into my baking! 

In what ways is All You Knead Is Love active in the community?

Each month, a community spotlight is chosen in an effort to spread love within our mountain town and to its people. During the month, all tips, extra proceeds from Love Cookies, and leftover pastries will be donated to an organization in need of extra love and support. Community spotlights in the past have included the Hunger Health Coalition, the Hospitality House, Oasis, and The Love Land Foundation. Love Cookies are the signature pastry for All You Knead Is Love. The cookies are made with chocolate chips and white chocolate chips, marshmallows, raisins, and coconut shavings—all of my favorite ingredients in one cookie! Although normal cookies are $2.00, the Love Cookie is $4.00, with $2 going towards the production of the cookies and the remaining $2 going towards the community spotlight of the month. Because that’s what love is all about.

What packaging do you use?

My packaging is from Good Start Packaging and it is ALL compostable! On each product, you will find a little circular sticker that specifies if the packaging needs to be commercially composted or if it can be locally composted. What does "vegan" mean?

The word “vegan,” in a baking context, means that the product does not contain meat, dairy, eggs, and gelatin. The term commonly comes with many connotations and stereotypes, usually negative that deter people from interest or purchasing my items. One goal of my bakery is to extend my pastries to people who would normally be deterred by vegan items. I am here to tell and show you that vegan food and pastries can be just as yummy as those containing milk or eggs—in fact, most people do not even realize my items are vegan just from tasting it! Don’t believe me? Buy an item and I’ll prove you wrong :)

Where can I learn more about the benefits of eating vegan food?

Vegan food has many benefits! Listed below are some credible sources that will explain some reasons to eat more plant-based foods. A vegan diet is not for everyone (nor should it be forced on anyone), but incorporating more plant-based meals into your day-to-day life can make such a positive impact!
